Return

Return is possible only with another replacement of a product if it does not fit and is a wrong size from a listed car or bike.   In this case Original Product must be returned to the company as UNUSED ,  NEW  & with  ORIGINAL Spark plug  Packing to us within 7 days from the date it has been shipped to the customer. Product must be returned unused, with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. The customer has to return the goods via prepaid couriers to company address using his own reliable courier and cost. 

Refund 

Only in case the BRISK does not have in stock the correct replacement as listed on webstore, customer is entitled to a refund.  Once the Product is received to the company successfully as per above conditions, BRISK INDIA vis EVO AUTOGAS SYSTEMS PVT LTD will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.   The process of credit of any amount may take 15-20 days depending upong the platform used. 

In case the return conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse the Return and reject any claim.

Refund  and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION”  will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return is possible for all orders/products.

OR

Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return  is possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policies -

BRISK INDIA i.e EVO AUTOGAS SYSTEMS PVT LTD, ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 working days. We ship on all days except Sunday , National / Office Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Speed Post and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which BRISK INDIA or Evo Autogas Systems Pvt Ltd is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as we continuously try to nought such instances. Also, BRISK INDIA or EVO AUTOGAS SYSTEMS PVT LTD  reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

WARRANTY  : 

Owing to the consumable nature of a spark plug in an engine, once the Spark Plug fits in the threads of the engine and engine starts, the spark plug has done its job.  The service life depends on the engine, terms of usage and other factors which determine the life of a spark plug. No manufacturer including BRISK offers warranty of spark plugs owing to the above nature of the part and its usage. 

LEGAL MATTERS :-

Any legal action or proceeding against the seller arising from this transaction shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in GURUGRAM , HARYANA, INDIA
