Returns Policy

You may exchange your purchase if it does not fit your vehicle, provided you return it as unused, new condition, or unopened items within 7 days of delivery for another spark plug. You need to specify the exact vehicle name, year of production, OE plug code for its replacement. You would need to ship it to us in original unused condition at your cost. This plug / set which would be subject to verification.

You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of our receiving it and assessing original plug for its originality, packing , usage etc and availability of exchange item code. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier. In case the replacement item is not available with us for 1 month of having received the return of original item, we would refund the amount of first order. The time it takes us to process your return is 3 to 5 business days and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) The company reserves the right to accept or deny a return based on its terms and conditions which are also mentioned in our Return Policy.

If you need to return an item (in case it is not in stock), simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the country. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kgs.

It is important to select a right code for your engine as there are so many engines and specifications and choices available for an engine.
